Immo Minko Property Management is a family-run business operating in the real estate market since the 1990s.  We manage a portfolio of properties in the GMA which include residential units (single family to high-rises), commercial units (retail stores, office space, etc) and industrial space (manufacturing companies, production companies, & commercial lots).

Immo Minko is a diversified property management company that provides a complete and/or custom service package to local and foreign property owners in all aspects of their current & future real estate needs.  We pride ourselves on our reputation, creativity and on our problem solving skills.  We are professional property managers and owners ourselves.
